According to the present invention, the health assistance chair comprises: an armrest portion a backrest portion a waist support portion positioned below the backrest portion and separated from the same to move in forward and backward directions and a pressurization correcting portion installed in the waist support portion and projecting simultaneously or alternately to a plurality of positions on one side of the waist support portion to pressurize and correct spine in the waist portion of a user. The armrest portion and the waist support portion are mutually coupled by a plurality of gears, and the waist support portion moves in a longitudinal direction of the armrest portion in accordance with rotation of a motor connected to at least one of the plurality of gears.
