PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive paste composition which can be easily dispersed for use in a manufacturing plant or by the general consuming public having no facilities such as a powder melting machine and agitation propeller and no solvent for dispersion such as alcohol, being gelatinized or having viscous properties when directly fed into water or hot water with substantially reduced work time.SOLUTION: The adhesive paste composition includes an adhesive paste coated with an emulsifier. The surface of the adhesive paste is modified, so that the dispersibility to water is remarkably improved.
