PURPOSE: The slope vegetation base material composition capable of compose single story or multi-layer vegetation base material and the revegetation measures are provided to spray the slope in a dry of wet form of soil material. CONSTITUTION: The slope vegetation foundation comprises material compositions and seeds where they are mixed and attached to jet in slope to 5-150mm thickness. If case slope is soil then it is sprayed to 5-10mm. If it is a ripping rock or a weathered rock, then it is sprayed to 10-50mm. if it is a blasting rock, then it is sprayed to 50-150mm thickness. The slope vegetation foundation material composition comprises 15-25 parts by weight of by-product fertilizer where soil material has 100 parts by weight, and 3-12 parts by weight of phospho-gypsum. Slope vegetation foundation material composition further includes a manufactured paper, 10-20 parts by weight of wood fibre, or includes 1-10 parts by weight of pigments where soil material has 100 parts by weight. The by-product fertilizer, nitrogen, phosphoric acid and KALI are mixed to the weight ratio of 15-30: 10-20: 10-20. Ocean minerals are 5-25 weight%, red clays are 15-25 weight%, vegetative materials are 5-25 weight%, cements are 5-15 weight% where soil material goes through waste glass sludge 15-35 weight%, and rot and compost process are mixed.
