PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture medium for mushroom cultivation containing a raw material which can be supplied readily and can also have a good effect on the mushroom.SOLUTION: The culture medium for mushroom cultivation containing the foliage of sunflower pulverized by the suitable size for cultivation of a mushroom is made. In one embodiment, the culture medium for mushroom cultivation containing the foliage of sunflower as a main component is made.
