PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sterilizer capable of preventing boiling of cooling water in a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: In a heat sterilizer, a cooling water circulation path 9 is provided for circulating cooling water between a heat exchanger 3 and a cooling tower 8. A bypass pipe 5 bypassing the heat exchanger 3 is provided in the cooling water circulation path 9, and a cooling water valve 18 is provided between a bypass pipe 5 branching portion of the cooling water circulation path 9 and the heat exchanger 3. An air supply path 14 is connected to a portion between the cooling water valve 18 of the cooling water circulating path 9 and the heat exchanger 3. A heat exchange air introduction valve 15 is installed in the middle of the air supply path 14 and a drain discharge path 16 is connected between from the heat exchanger 3 of the cooling water circulation path 9 to a bypass pipe 5 junction portion. A drain discharge valve 17 is installed in the middle of the drain discharge path 16. When the temperature measured by a temperature detector 7, which detects the temperature in a sterilization tank 1, is equal to or higher than a set temperature at the time of cooling an object to be sterilized, the cooling water valve 18 is closed and the heat exchange air introduction valve 15 and the drain discharge valve 17 are opened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】熱交換器内で冷却用水が沸騰することを防止できる加熱殺菌装置の提供。【解決手段】熱交換器3とクーリングタワー8の間で冷却用水を循環する冷却用水循環経路9を持ち、冷却用水循環経路9に熱交換器3をバイパスするバイパス配管5、冷却用水循環経路9のバイパス配管5分岐箇所から熱交換器3までの間に冷却水弁18を設け、冷却用水循環経路9の冷却水弁18と熱交換器3の間部分に給気経路14を接続し、給気経路14の途中に熱交エアー導入弁15を設置するとともに、冷却用水循環経路9の熱交換器3からバイパス配管5合流箇所までの間にドレン排出経路16を接続し、ドレン排出経路16の途中にドレン排出弁17を設置しておき、被殺菌物冷却時、殺菌槽1内の温度を検出する温度検出装置7で計測した温度が設定温度以上の場合には、冷却水弁18を閉じ、熱交エアー導入弁15とドレン排出弁17を開くようにしている加熱殺菌装置。【選択図】図1
