The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is characterized in comprising an elasticity information analyzing unit which sets a plurality of regions of interest on a tomographic image or an elasticity image and analyzes the feature amount of the elasticity information in the plurality of regions of interest； and a hue setting unit which sets the hue of the elasticity image on the basis of the feature amount.
