The present invention relates to: (a) (i) a L1 virus-like particle (VLP) of human papilloma virus (HPV) type 16, L1 VLP of HPV type 18, or a combination thereof (ii) deacylated non-toxic LOS (Lipooligosaccharide) (b) a pharmaceutical vaccine composition for human cervical cancer containing a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and a method for manufacturing human papilloma virus (HPV) L1 virus-like particles (VLP). The vaccine composition for human cervical cancer of the present invention has superior Th1 type immune response (cellular immunity) and Th2 type immune response (humoral immunity) than CervarixTM and GardasilTM in the immunity against HPV, and thus has high efficiency as a vaccine for cervical cancer.La presente invención se refiere a una composición de vacuna farmacéutica para un cáncer cervical humano, que comprende: (a) (i) una partícula similar al virus L1 similar al virus del papiloma humano (HPV) tipo 16, una VLP L1 de HPV tipo 18, o una combinación de las mismas y (ii) un lipooligosacárido no tóxico desacilado (LOS) y (b) un portador farmacéuticamente aceptable y un método para preparar una partícula similar al virus L1 (VLP) del virus del papiloma humano.
