PURPOSE: A fermentation composition for crude feed materials containing a waste microbial solution as an active ingredient is provided to enable users to use the waste microbial solution. CONSTITUTION: A fermentation composition for crude feed materials contains a waste microbial solution as an active ingredient. The crude feed materials are waste media for cultivating mushrooms. The waste microbial solution is a waste lactic acid bacteria culture solution. The mushroom cultivation waste media are mixed with the waste lactic acid bacteria culture solution. Cellulose-decomposing microorganisms are injected into the mixture. [Reference numerals] (AA) Waste mushroom culture media(50kg,dried); (BB) Inserting waste microbial solution(20%); (CC) Mixing waste microbial solution with 2×;106cfu/m of active bacteria; (DD) Fermenting at 36 deg. C for 24 hours; (EE) Injecting lactic acid bacteria(3%) and cellulose-decomposing microorganisms(3%); (FF) Culturing at 36 deg. C for 36 hours; (GG) Stirring with stirrer(60rpm); (HH) Evaluating value of fermented feed for ruminant livestock using waste mushroom culture media and waste bacteria; (II) Securing addition condition of the fermented waste mushroom culture media for fibrous mixture feed of ruminant livestock본 발명은 미생물 폐배양액을 유효성분으로 함유하는 조사료원 발효용 조성물 및 조사료원에 미생물 폐배양액을 첨가하는 과정을 포함하는 사료 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명을 이용하는 경우, 미생물 폐배양액의 잔여 미생물과 유효성분에 의하여 조사료원, 특히 버섯폐배지의 발효능력을 증가 시킬 수 있으며, 섬유소 분해 미생물의 활성도를 배가 시켜 섬유소분해율을 극대화 할 수 있다. 또한 폐자원의 재활용에 따른 사료비 절감 효과 및 미생물 폐배양액과 폐배지의 처리비용을 감소 효과를 가지고 있다.
