SOLUTION: An article processing system 1 comprises: a processing device having a filler 4 for filling a liquid to a container 2, and a capper 31 for attaching a cap to the container in which the liquid is filled and an ultrasonic horn 24 disposed on a transport path from the filler to the capper, and radiating an ultrasonic wave. Foam on a liquid level is eliminated when the ultrasonic wave is radiated to an opening part of the container in which the liquid is filled, from the ultrasonic horn 24. The article processing system further comprises chambers 6, 12, for surrounding the filler, capper, and ultrasonic horn, and hydrogen peroxide supply means 36 for supplying hydrogen peroxide in the chambers, for sterilization in the chambers, thereby the system is configured as a sterility article processing system.
