PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entry system and an authentication tool, capable of avoiding staying of users and generation of a procession of users at an entrance, when managing entry using an authentication tool attached to each user, and securing security.SOLUTION: Entry of a user in a management area, and entry in a designated area in the management area are managed using an authentication tool which has a wireless tag transmitting an identification signal and which is attached to the user. An entry permission/inhibition determination section 90 determines permission/inhibition of entry in the management area. An approach permission/inhibition determination section 92 determines permission/inhibition of approach to the designated area. A carrying monitor section 94 receives the identification signal and monitors whether or not the user carries the authentication tool. An attachment state monitor section detects an attachment state of the authentication tool, and monitors whether or not the authentication tool is attached to the user. The entry permission/inhibition determination section 90 permits entry of the user who carries the authentication tool, and the approach permission/inhibition determination section 92 permits entry of the user who carries the authentication tool and has the authentication tool attached.【課題】利用者に装着された認証器を用いて入場管理を行う場合、入口での利用者の滞留、行列を回避しつつ、セキュリティの確保が可能な入場システム及び認証器を提供する。【解決手段】識別信号を発信する無線タグを備えユーザに装着される認証器を用い、管理区域へのユーザの入場、及び管理区域内の指定区域への進入を管理する。入場許否判定部９０は管理区域への入場に際し、その許否を判定する。進入許否判定部９２は指定区域への進入に際し、その許否を判定する。帯同監視部９４は識別信号を受信して、ユーザが認証器を帯同しているか否かを監視する。装着状態監視部は認証器の装着状態を検知してユーザが認証器を装着しているか否かを監視する。入場許否判定部９０は、認証器を帯同しているユーザに対して入場を許可し、進入許否判定部９２は、認証器を帯同かつ装着しているユーザに対して進入を許可する。【選択図】図３
