PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass ionomer cement liquid for dentistry, capable of giving glass ionomer cement for dentistry, which has the same operability as those of conventional glass ionomer cement for dentistry, and has high physical strength of a cement mixture, especially compression strength, after cured.SOLUTION: This glass ionomer cement liquid for dentistry comprises 30 to 60 wt.% of an &alpha,&beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid polymer, silica aqueous sol containing 0.1-10 wt.% colloidal silica in terms of colloidal silica weight having an average particle diameter of 1 to 100 nm in an SiO2 concentration of 1 to 50 wt.% in a monodispersed state in water, and the remaining 40 to 70 wt.% of water.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来のグラスアイオノマーセメントと同様の操作性を持ちながら、硬化後のセメント混合物の物理的強度、特に圧縮強度が高い歯科用グラスアイオノマーセメントを得ることができる歯科用グラスアイオノマーセメント液を提供する。【解決手段】 30~60重量%のα-β不飽和カルボン酸重合体とコロイダルシリカ量として0.1~10重量%の、平均粒子径が1~100nmのコロイダルシリカがSiO2濃度1~50重量%に水に対して単分散状態となっているシリカ水性ゾルと、残部である40~70重量%の水とから成る歯科用グラスアイオノマーセメント液とする。【選択図】 なし
