PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic reading report system which facilitates creation and reference of a diagnostic reading report.SOLUTION: A diagnostic reading report system of an embodiment comprises: an image data storage part a distance information storage part a front-and-rear image data specification part and an attachment part. The image data storage part stores in advance, plural pieces of profile image data of an analyte. The distance information storage part stores in advance, distance information indicating a distance of each profile image data in a slice thickness direction. The front-and-rear image data specification part specifies front-and-rear image data included in a range indicated by the slice position and distance, based on the distance, slice thickness, and the slice position of the designated key image data.
