The present invention addresses the problem of providing a liquid medicinal preparation that shows no precipitation and is appropriate for mass production. Provided is a liquid medicinal preparation that comprises 1-(2-deoxy-2-fluoro-4-thio-ß-D- arabinofuranosyl)cytosine or a salt thereof, a polyhydric alcohol having a molecular weight not more than 100 and water. As the polyhydric alcohol, glycerol, propylene glycol or butanediol is preferred.
