A process for producing a superstructure (5) for dental prostheses, the process comprising the previous creation of a preformed interface (6) and the subsequent construction, by the stratification of a material (11) on the same interface (6), of the anatomical part (2) of said superstructure (5). With respect to known production methods, the process of the invention offers the advantage of allowing a finished superstructure, i.e. complete with an interface whose geometry has the maximum precision required for an effective coupling with the implant, to be obtained directly in the stratification phase.Linvention concerne un procédé de production dune superstructure (5) pour prothèses dentaires, le procédé comprenant la création préalable dune interface préformée (6) et la construction consécutive, par stratification dun matériau (11) sur cette interface (6), de la partie anatomique (2) de ladite superstructure (5). Par rapport aux procédés de construction connus, le procédé selon linvention offre lavantage de fournir une superstructure finie, cest-à-dire complète, avec une interface dont la géométrie a la précision maximale requise pour un couplage effectif avec limplant, qui peut être obtenue directement dans la phase de stratification.
