The present invention makes easy coupling and separation of a driver tip comprised of a screw driver, prevents a coupled driver tip from flowing or separating to efficiently perform a work, and improves a quality of a screw driver. A medical screw driver of the present invention comprises: a cylindrical driver body； a driver tip coupled and separated to/from a front of the driver body； and a connector provided in an end portion of the driver body to be able to couple and separate the driver tip. The present invention further comprises an introduction guiding groove which easily enters or exits by placing a restraining ball in a rear part of a restraining recess of a tip header constituting the driver tip in coupling and separating. Between a protrusion and a leaving prevention protrusion formed on a connector ring constituting the connector, a pressing surface outwardly inclined from the protrusion to the leaving prevention protrusion is formed for the connecter ring to move towards the driver tip by means of a spring to press the restraining ball at all times to be in close contact with the restraining groove, thereby excluding fluidity of the driver tip.본 발명은 스크류드라이버를 구성하는 드라이버팁의 결합과 분리를 용이하게 할 수 있고, 결합된 드라이버팁의 유동과 분리현상을 배제할 수 있어 작업을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있으면서 스크류드라이버의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 것으로서, 원통형상의 드라이버몸체와 상기 드라이버몸체의 전방에 결합 및 분리되는 드라이버팁과 상기 드라이버몸체의 선단에 구비하여 드라이버팁의 결합과 분리를 가능하게하는 컨넥터로 구성되는 의료용 스크류드라이버에 있어서；상기 드라이버팁을 구성하는 팁헤더의 단속홈의 후방으로는 결합과 분리시 단속볼이 위치하여 용이하게 진,출입할 수 있도록 하는 진입유도홈을 더 형성하고； 상기 컨넥터를 구성하는 컨넥터링에 형성되는 걸림턱과 이탈방지턱 사이에는, 스프링에 의하여 컨넥터링이 드라이버팁 방향으로 이동하하면서 단속볼을 항상 가압하여 단속홈에 밀착되도록 하여 드라이버팁의 유동성을 배제할 수 있도록 걸림턱 방향에서 이탈방지턱 방향으로 외향경사진 형태의 가압면을 더 형성하여 구성하는 것이 특징이다.
