To provide an absorbent article with a sensor capable of detecting discharged liquid such as urine with excellent accuracy and capable of being simply produced.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 with a sensor comprises: an absorbent body 10 comprising a surface sheet 12, a rear surface sheet 13 and an absorber 14； and an outer layer sheet 15 arranged on a non-skin facing surface side of the absorbent body 10. A non-skin facing surface of the rear surface sheet 13 comprises a sensor region S. The sensor region S comprises: a plurality of electrodes 21 formed of a conductive ink； a conductor part 23 connected to the electrodes 21； and connection terminal parts 24a, 24b to which an external voltage supply device is connected. The sensor region S is configured so that the electrodes 21 and the conductor parts 23 are covered with the outer layer sheet 15.
