Predmetem vynálezu jsou pyrrolotriaziny obecného vzorce I jako slouceniny, které inhibují aktivitu tyrosinkinázy receptoru rustového faktoru, napríklad VEGFR-2, FGFR-1, PDGFR, HER-1 a HER-2, coz z nich ciní látky zvláste uzitecné proti rakovine, farmaceutické prostredky s jejich obsahem, a jejich pouzití pri lécbe onemocnení, spojených s cestami transdukce signálu, ovládanými prostrednictvím receptoru rustového faktoru.The present invention relates to pyrrolotriazines of the general formula I i.e. compounds that inhibit the tyrosine kinase activity of growth factor receptors such as VEGFR-2, FGFR-1, PDGFR, HER-1 and HER-2, thereby making them useful as anti-cancer agents. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions in which the pyrrolotriazines of the general formula I are comprised as well as to their use in the treatment of other diseases associated with signal transduction pathways operating through growth factor receptors.
