Для оценки степени тяжести пациентов с острой кровопотерей при травматических повреждениях печени определяют частоту сердечных сокращений (ЧСС), уровень артериального давления, значения гемоглобина, гематокрита и количество эритроцитов. Дополнительно оценивают уровень сознания и характер травматического повреждения, определяют время, прошедшее от момента получения травмы, и наличие или отсутствие сопутствующих заболеваний.
