FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, gastroenterology, and can be used in order to perform early diagnostics of duct of Wirsung hypertension in patients with chronic pancreatitis. Medical history data are collected. Pappilitis, multiple erosions of duodenum mucosa, "semolina" symptom are identified by the data of fibroesophagogastroduodenoscopy. Unevenness, vagueness of pancreas contours, chance of echogenicity of its parenchyma, non-homogeneity of echostructure, infiltration of parapancreatic cellular tissue, diameter of duct of Wirsung to 4 mm with its uneven and irregular contour and smooth shape are identified by the data of ultrasonic examination. Endoscopic ultrasonography of pancreas is additionally performed. In case of identification of lobularity, thickening, sponginess of pancreas, hyperechogenic wall of duct of Wirsung, extension of 3 and more pancreatic ducts of I-II order more than 1mm in width at the background of attacks of aching, intense pains in epigastric area after food intake, reduction of 15-20 kg and more body weight loss within the last calendar year, conclusion about presence of duct of Wirsung hypertension in patient with chronic pancreatitis is made.EFFECT: method makes it possible to carry out early diagnostics of chronic pancreatitis with duct of Wirsung hypertension with its dilation to 4 mm due to application of endoscopic ultrasonography of pancreas.1 tblИзобретение относится к медицине, а именно к хирургии, гастроэнтерологии, и может быть использовано с целью ранней диагностики гипертензии вирсунгова протока у больных с хроническим панкреатитом.
