Processing of Coconut into a value added product is the keen area of interest across researchers in Asia. The liking for the great fruit from nature has been non replaceable with all its goodness. The fruit attracts a large amount of value that is partially taken away due to its . size and weight. The cost of the fruit has 70 percent for its transportation. Thus there arises a need to reduce the weight of the tender coconut and apparently its size which reduces the transportation cost. The excess husk which goes wasted otherwise after the water is relished thus could be removed before transporting it. The present invention relates to removal of excess husk by using the adjustable blades fixed in the chamber. From the invention the coconut after removing the excess husk turned in to cubical shape which can be easily packed and transported. This shape will also help in packing and handling.
