PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnosis device, and a data processing program for an ultrasonic diagnostic device, in which flow of blood circulation can be measured at a more proper position.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic device comprises a Doppler speed information obtaining means, an interest region setting means, and an instantaneous flow determination means. The Doppler speed information obtaining means obtains three-dimensional Doppler speed information from a sample based on three-dimensional scan by transmission/reception of ultrasonic waves. The interest region setting means spatially sets an interest region ROI.
