A surgical instrument includes an insertion part which is capable of being inserted into a body, a first jaw and a second jaw provided at a distal end portion of the insertion part to grasp a tissue, a suture part suturing a tissue grasped by the first jaw and the second jaw, a dissection part dissecting the tissue within a sutured area sutured by the suture part of the tissue grasped by the first jaw and the second jaw, and a traction member disposed at at least one side of the first jaw and the second jaw and having a first locked part and a second locked part which are capable of coupling to the sutured area by the suture part and protrude to the outside of the sutured area after being connected to the sutured area.
