THE INVENTION FURTHER RELATES TO AN ENZYME PREPARATION OBTAINABLE FROM THE FERMENTATION OF A MIXTURE OF MUSHROOMS AND CEREAL WITH ASPERGILLUS, TO A PROCESS OF PRODUCING THE ENZYME PREPARATION, AND TO THE USE OF THE PREPARATION.
