A device comprising: a) a sleeve having a bottom and a chamber for receiving the assembled sample through a channel in the bottom of the sleeve, b) a vacuum source connected to the sleeve of the sleeve, c) a needle configured to disconnect from the sleeve and having an outlet associated with coupling chamber, ig) a casing extending over the part of the needle exit for guiding the sample collected through the needle into the coupling chamber in a direction different from the longitudinal axis of the coupling chamber. 2. The device according to claim 1, in which the casing is attached to a vacuum source. The device according to claim 1, in which the casing is made as part of the channel. The device according to claim 1, in which the casing is made in the form of a part of the bottom of the coupling. The device according to claim 1, in which the casing is made in the form of part of the side wall of the coupling. The device according to claim 1, in which the needle contains a probe having a core located in the needle cavity and configured to be removed from it, the probe also containing an anchor for manipulating the core with its movement relative to the needle cavity. The device according to claim 1, containing a removable container located inside the clutch chamber for receiving the assembled sample. The device according to claim 1, containing the first seal located in the casing. The device according to claim 8, containing a second seal located in the source of vacuum. 10. The device according to claim 1, in which the coupling is configured to separate from the vacuum source and the needle, and the chamber of the separated coupling is configured to seal by means of a cap sealing one end of the coupling and a plug sealing the opposite end of the coupling.
