PURPOSE: A wheelchair is provided to allow a caregiver easily to move a patient between a wheelchair and a bed by being raised or moved to the adjacent position of the wheelchair or the bed.CONSTITUTION: A wheelchair includes an axle(10), frames(30), a slider(40), link bars(50, 60), and a lever(70). The axle is installed between a pair of wheels and supports the connection of the shafts of the wheels. A first frame is fixed to both lower part of the axle, and auxiliary wheels are mounted at the front lower part of the first frame. A second frame is fixed to the upper part of the first frame. The slider is slidably mounted along the second frame. The center parts of a first link bar and a second link bar are cross-linked by a hinge pin. Both end parts of the link bars are slidably moved along the frames. The lever is rotatably combined with the axle and the hinge pin of the second link bar. The lever elevates the second frame and forwardly moves the slider.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 휠체어를 밀기 위한 손잡이의 회전 조작에 의해 연동하여 접철되는 링크 구조를 통해 적은 힘으로도 좌판의 높낮이가 승강 가변과 동시에 전후진 되도록 함으로써, 환자가 휠체어와 침대 간에 이동하고자 할 때 좌판의 높이를 침대와 상응하는 높이로 조절 및 침대와 최대한 근접한 상태로 이동시켜 환자 스스로 또는 보호자나 간병인이 환자를 용이하게 옮길 수 있는 휠체어를 제공하기 위한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명에서는 바퀴 축상에 지레형 레버의 받침점이 회전 가능하게 위치되고, 상기 바퀴 축의 전방에 위치되며 가위 형상으로 연결된 제1 및 제2링크바의 힌지축에 상기 레버의 작용점이 회전 가능하게 결합되어 상기 레버의 받침점을 축으로 하는 회전에 따라 상기 제1 및 제2링크바가 벌려지거나 오므려지면서 자판을 승강과 동시에 전진시키도록 이루어진 휠체어가 개시된다.
