PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cosmetics with retaining refreshing feeling which afford the skin of a user refreshing feeling and being excellent in the persistency of the refreshing feeling.SOLUTION: The cosmetics with retaining refreshing feeling contain an alcohol, a refreshing component and a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether. The cosmetics with retaining refreshing feeling are characterized in that the polyoxyethylene alkyl ether has a branched alkyl group.
