Provided is a flavouring composition that imparts cooked flavour, and can be easily produced and widely used. The flavouring composition contains: (A) 3,4-dimethylthiopene and (B) at least one chemical compound selected from the group consisting of dipropyltrisulfide, 2-methyl-2-pentenal and furfuryl alcohol, and the weight ratio of (A) and (B) is 1:6 x 10-8 to 5 x 107.本發明係提供賦予調理感，並可容易地進行製造，而能夠廣泛地利用之香料組成物，其係含有：(A)3,4-二甲基噻吩以及(B)選自二丙基三硫醚、2-甲基-2-戊烯醛及糠基醇所組成群組之至少一種化合物，(A)與(B)之重量比為1：6×10-8~5×107。
