PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Jmjd3 gene-modified non-human mammal and a Jmjd3 gene-modified bone marrow chimera non-human mammal which are useful for screening of materials which control differentiation to a M2 macrophage, screening of therapeutic agents for M2 macrophage related diseases, such as parasitic infection response, wound healing, allergies, cancer, and arteriosclerosis, and the like, and a screening method for materials which control differentiation of a Jmjd3 gene-modified bone marrow cell derived from the mammals, a Jmjd3 gene-modified macrophage, and the M2 macrophage.SOLUTION: In the Jmjd3 gene-modified non-human mammal, a Jmjd3 gene in a genome is modified.
