The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition including noisome containing idebenone or coenzyme Q10. The problem of poor solubility of idebenone or coenzyme Q10 was solved by encapsulating idebenone or coenzyme Q10 using a mixed surfactant mixed with polyglyceryl-10-dioleate, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, hydrogenated lecithin, and glycine soja (soybean) sterol. Therefore, in the present invention, it is possible to produce a cosmetic composition of a transparent aqueous formulation containing idebenone or coenzyme Q10, and produce a cosmetic composition of an emulsion formulation having formulation stability.
