PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment denture capable of reducing difficulty and a frequency of adjustment and the burden of a patient and an operator, having high treatment effect of correcting a temporomandibular joint.SOLUTION: Artificial posterior teeth 34, 35, 36, and 37 are composed of maxillary posterior teeth 2 of the treatment denture 1 and they are ceramic teeth. Meanwhile, mandibular artificial teeth 4 are composed of molar artificial teeth including a ceramic artificial tooth 54 corresponding to the first premolar, and acrylic resin artificial teeth (cut teeth) 55, 56, and 57 corresponding to the second premolar and the back teeth. A patient wears the treatment denture 1 and chews repeatedly, then the artificial teeth 55, 56 and 57 with relatively lower hardness are selectively and automatically worn. As a result of that, a mandibular condyle 91 is guided to the top part 81a of the mandibular fossa 81.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】調整作業の困難性や頻度を低減して患者及び施術者の負担を軽減し、顎関節の矯正治療効果の高い治療用義歯を提供する。【解決手段】治療用義歯1の上顎用義歯2を構成するすべての臼歯部人工歯34、35、36、37は陶歯である。一方、下顎用義歯4を構成する臼歯部人工歯のうち、第1小臼歯に対応する人工歯54は陶歯であり、第2小臼歯以奥に対応する人工歯55、56,57(被削歯)はアクリルレジン歯である。治療用義歯1を装着して咀嚼を繰り返すことで、相対的に硬度の低い人工歯55、56,57が選択的に、かつ、自動的に磨耗して行く。これに伴い、下顎頭91が下顎窩81の最上部81aへと誘導される。【選択図】 図2
