PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical unit capable of measuring light volume without a configuration exclusively for detection and preventing light loss due to the detection from occurring, and an endoscope system.SOLUTION: An optical unit 10 includes an incident end part 11, an emission end part 13, a multiplexing part 21 arranged when a plurality of incident end parts 11 are arranged, for multiplexing primary light, and a demultiplexing part 23 arranged when a plurality of emission end parts 13 are arranged, for demultiplexing the primary light toward each of the emission end parts 13.
