PURPOSE: A folding type fish trap is provided to simply return to the original trap shape by restoring a bent connecting rod and elastic rod when the fish trap folded by hinges is used. CONSTITUTION: A folding type fish trap includes a fish strap frame. The fish trap frame is formed by connecting the circumferences of an upper frame(1) and lower frame(2) using several connecting members(3). The fish trap frame is surrounded by meshes. The connecting member includes each connecting rods(5) on the both sides thereof and a rink rod(4) at the center thereof. The ends of each connecting rod on both sides of connecting member are respectively hinged with the ends of the centered link rod adding the elastic rod which adheres to one surface of the connecting rod and the link rod. The other ends of each connecting rod on both sides of connecting member are hinged with the upper frame and the lower frame, respectively.본 발명은 절첩식 통발에 관한 것으로서, 서로 마주보는 상부프레임과 하부프레임 사이의 둘레를 다수의 연결부재로 연결하여 통발프레임을 형성하고, 상기 통발프레임을 그물로 감싸 이루어지는 통발에 있어서, 상기 연결부재는 양쪽의 각 연결로드와 중간의 링크로드로 이루어져, 양쪽의 각 연결로드의 한쪽 끝단부는 일측면에 밀착되는 탄성로드와 함께 중간의 연결링크로드와 각각 힌지연결되고, 양쪽의 각 연결로드의 다른 쪽 끝단부는 상기 상부프레임 및 하부프레임과 각각 힌지연결된 구성으로 이루어져, 통발의 절첩에 의해 상기 통발의 이동 및 보관이 용이하고 탄성로드에 의해 간단하게 원래의 통발 형상으로 복원되는 효과가 있다.
