A customized teeth aligning system, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a first information obtainment step of obtaining by image capturing 3D information of the dental structure and the soft tissue of a person who desires to align the teeth a second information obtainment step of additionally obtaining teeth alignment and teeth information by scanning a 3D visual head manufacturing step of manufacturing a 3D visual head by combining information from the first information obtainment step and the second information obtainment step and a plan establishment step of establishing a diagnosis and treatment plan through the 3D visual head.
