The present invention encompasses compounds of formula (I) wherein the groups R1 to R7, A, V, W, X, Y, n, r and q are defined in claim 1, their use as inhibitors of MDM2-p53 interaction, pharmaceutical compositions which contain compounds of this kind, their use as medicaments, especially as agents for treatment and/or prevention of oncological diseases, and synthetic intermediates.La présente invention concerne des composés de formule (I) dans laquelle les groupes R1 à R7, A, V, W, X, Y, n, r et q sont définis dans la revendication 1, leur utilisation en tant quinhibiteurs de linteraction MDM2-p53, des compositions pharmaceutiques qui contiennent des composés de ce type, leur utilisation en tant que médicaments, notamment en tant quagents pour le traitement et/ou la prévention de maladies oncologiques et des intermédiaires de synthèse.
