The present invention provides immunosuppression compounds capable of inhibiting the programmed cell death 1 (PD1) signalling pathway. The present invention further provides peptide based compositions for treatment of cancer or treatment of infections via immunopotentiation caused by inhibition of immunosuppressive signaling induced by PD-1, PD-L1, or PD-L2 and therapies using them, immunopotentiative substrates included as the active ingredient. Further, the invention provides an application of the compositions containing the peptide moieties for preventive and/or therapeutic agents for cancer, cancer metastasis, immunodeficiency, an infectious disease or the like and an application of peptide moieties as a testing or diagnostic agent or a research agent for such a disease.【課題】本発明は、プログラム細胞死１（ＰＤ１）シグナル伝達経路を阻害することが可能な免疫抑制化合物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は更に、ＰＤ－１、ＰＤ－Ｌ１又はＰＤ－Ｌ２によって引き起こされる免疫抑制シグナリングの阻害による免疫増強によって癌を治療又は感染を治療するためのペプチドベースの組成物、及びそれらを用いた治療（免疫増強基質を有効成分として含む）。更に、本発明は、癌、癌転移、免疫不全、感染症等の予防及び／又は治療薬のための前記ペプチド部分を含む組成物の適用、及び前記ペプチド部分の、疾患の試験又は診断又は研究薬としての適用を提供する。【選択図】なし
