PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection pipe unit comprising a pipe joint which has a positioning mechanism for matching phases of connected pipes, capable of performing easily and quickly, connection of the injection pipes by the pipe joint, without depending on a sensation of an operator.SOLUTION: A pipe joint 10 connecting connected pipes comprises a socket 11, a plug 12 inserted into a first sleeve 11a of the socket, a seal member 11g, a lock mechanism for holding an insertion state of the plug to the socket, and a positioning mechanism for matching phases of the socket and plug. The injection pipe unit of a liquid spray device comprises a plug guide 15 which is attached to an outer periphery of the plug 12 so as not to relatively rotate and relatively move in an axial direction, and a second salient 17 and a second recess 18 which match phases of the socket and plug and fit with each other, are provided on the plug guide 15 and a second sleeve 11c of the socket 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】被接続管の位相を合わせるための位置決め機構を備えた管継手を備える噴管ユニットについて、前記管継手による噴管の接続を作業者の感覚などに頼らずに簡単かつ迅速に行えるようにすることを課題としている。【解決手段】被接続管同士を接続する管継手１０が、ソケット１１と、そのソケットの第１スリーブ１１ａに差し込まれるプラグ１２と、シール部材１１ｇと、ソケットに対するプラグの差し込み状態を保持するロック機構と、ソケットとプラグの位相を合わせる位置決め機構を備えた液体散布装置の噴管ユニットを、プラグ１２の外周に、相対回転不可及び軸方向相対移動不可のプラグガイド１５を有し、そのプラグガイド１５とソケット１１の第２スリーブ１１ｃに、ソケットとプラグの位相を合致させて互いに嵌り合う目視可能な第２の凸部１７と、目視可能な第２の凹部１８が設けられたものにした。【選択図】図１
