The present invention relates to coarse fodder for domestic animals, especially for cows and, more specifically, provides coarse fodder, based on the whole weight, which comprise: 35-45 wt% of rice straw； 35-45 wt% of ryegrass； 8-12 wt% of barley stalks； 8-12 wt% of corn； and 0.3-1.0 wt% of syrup. According to the present invention, a considerable amount of a coarse fodder component does not pass through an artificial process, and a natural product is maximally used to improve a fleshiness level of cows. Moreover, a smell of excrement is reduced, and productivity of milk can be increased.본 발명은 가축, 특히 소 사육을 위한 조사료로서 조사료의 전체 중량을 기준으로 볏짚 35 ~ 45 중량%, 라이 그라스 35 ~ 45 중량%, 보릿대 8 ~ 12 중량%, 옥수수 8 ~ 12 중량% 및 당밀 0.3 ~ 1.0 중량%로 이루어진, 조사료를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 조사료 성분의 상당량을 인공 가공을 거치지 않은 자연 그대로의 산물을 최대한 이용한 결과, 소의 육질 등급이 향상되고, 분변 냄새가 양호해지며, 우유 생산량이 증가하는 효과를 발휘한다.
