The present invention relates to a medical mesh having micro-needles and a method for manufacturing the same. The medical mesh (100) having micro-needles according to the present invention is attached to the outer surface of a biological tissue to carry out a drug delivery function, and comprises: a main body (110) of a mesh structure, which comprises a flexible bioapplicable material and has a plurality of through-holes (111) and at least one micro-needle (120) formed on one side of the main body (110) and coated with a drug to be delivered to a biological tissue on the outer surface thereof. According to the medical mesh of the present invention, it is possible to provide a flexible medical mesh having micro-needles which can be fixed easily to a lesion tissue and deliver a drug effectively thereto. According to the method for manufacturing a medical mesh of the present invention, the method comprises a doctor blading step which varies the arrangement of micro-needles containing or coated with a different content of predetermined drug and thus enables programmable drug delivery.
