PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplantation guide and a transplantation device which have high convenience and reduce the contamination of a three-dimensional cell structure with bacteria or microorganisms.SOLUTION: The transplantation guide 2 includes a cylindrical body 4 and a bottom member 5. The bottom member 5 circulating a culture liquid therethrough while holding a three-dimensional structure therein. The bottom member 5 side of the transplantation guide 4 is immersed in the culture liquid of excessive amount, and the three-dimensional structure 50 is cultured and formed in the transplantation guide 2. In such a configuration, the transplantation guide 2 functions as a mold for the three-dimensional structure 50. The transplantation guide 2 has an opening end 4a, and the opening end is gripped by a gripping members 24 and 25 and a gripping portion 22c of the transplantation device 20, after the three-dimensional structure 50 is formed. After the transplantation guide 2 is gripped, an opening on the bottom member 5 side of the transplantation guide is inserted into a stem portion, and an operation rod 43 is operated so that a retaining member 27 abuts on the three-dimensional structure 50.
