PURPOSE: A purification and powdering method of an aronia berry extract is provided to improve the content of antocyanine of the aronia berry extract using the column chromatography. CONSTITUTION: A purification and powdering method of an aronia berry extract comprises the following steps: absorbing the aronia berry extract to a column filled with a diaion HP20 polymeric adsorbent； washing glycoside impurities from the column using a 5~20% ethanol solution acidified by sulfur acid or citric acid； eluting the purified aronia berry extract in the column using a 30~70% ethanol solution acidified by the sulfur acid or the citric acid； vacuum-concentrating the aronia berry extract at 20~60deg C, and diluting with purified water acidified with the sulfur acid or the citric acid； and freezing the diluted extract for 1~2hours, and freeze-drying the extract for 20~30hours.본 발명은 아로니아 열매 추출물의 정제 및 분말화 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 아로니아 열매의 추출원액에 대해 칼럼 크로마토그래피를 실시하되, Diaion HP20 수지를 흡착수지로 사용하고, 황산이나 구연산에 의해 산성화된 에탄올을 세척용매로 사용함으로써, 지표물질인 안토시아닌의 함량이 높고, 처리비용이 저렴한 아로니아 열매 추출물의 정제방법과 이러한 방법으로 수득된 정제물을 분말화 하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
