PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for desmopressin drug transmission.SOLUTION: A method for adjusting urine production of a patient who needs adjustment of urine production, by a device for adjusting urine production comprises: (a) a step for giving desmopressin from a drug deposit 50 which stores desmopressin which is sufficient for making desmopressin density in blood to a range of almost 0.2-5 pg/ml, but which is insufficient for making the desmopressin density in blood to a range of higher than 5 pg/ml, to a skin of a patient, or through the skin, thereby reducing urine production of the patient； (b) a step for continuing giving the desmopressin for maintaining for a constant period, the desmopressin density in blood to the range； (c) and a step for finishing giving the desmopressin, thereby recovering urine production within almost two hours after finishing of giving the desmopressin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4【課題】デスモプレシン薬物送達のための方法及びデバイスを提供する。【解決手段】尿産生の調節をするデバイスにより、必要とする患者の尿産生を調節する方法であって、（ａ）血液中のデスモプレシン濃度を約０．２～５ｐｇ／ｍｌの範囲内に確立するのには十分であり、且つ血液中のデスモプレシン濃度を５ｐｇ／ｍｌ超に確立するのには不十分であるデスモプレシンを収容した薬物デボー５０から患者の皮膚に、又は皮膚を渡って投与し、それにより患者の尿産生を低減することと、（ｂ）一定時間の間、血液中のデスモプレシン濃度を前記範囲内に維持するためにデスモプレシンを投与し続けることと、（ｃ）前記デスモプレシンの投与を終了し、それにより終了後約２時間以内に尿産生を回復することとを含む方法。【選択図】図４
