The proposed device comprises a reservoir, the air-water heat exchanger located above it with a spray device, a camera, a tube, a coil. The milk is cooled by spraying droplets of water during its supply from the reservoir to the spray device and by countercurrent flow of air in the chamber with a pipe and slotted holes, adjustable by louvers. At the bottom of the chamber a reservoir is located - the battery of cold water, separated by a partition.
