The present invention relates to a deciduous tooth prosthesis having an inner protrusion based on zirconia. The deciduous tooth prosthesis of the present invention comprises: a deciduous tooth prosthesis body (110) formed by molding a deciduous tooth shape, inserting a deciduous tooth into a lower portion thereof through an opening (120), and having an inner protrusion (130) of an uneven shape formed in a horizontal direction, integrally formed therein and made of a zirconia material； and an opening (120) formed to be within a preset error range with an inner diameter equal to an outer diameter of the diameter of a lower end edge of the deciduous tooth to be covered by a deciduous tooth prosthesis (100). Accordingly, an adhesive is input between the deciduous tooth prosthesis and a tooth to widen an adhesive area during bonding by including the inner protrusion.
