PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment apparatus in which heat-treatment for eelworm extermination and black garlic production are made possible with one unit.SOLUTION: A circumference of workpieces stacked on a cart is enclosed by a cover 8 for limiting entry of air in a heated heat treatment chamber surrounded by insulation panels. An alignment part of this cover is joined by fasteners to form a cylindrical state. An open port in an upper part of the cover 8 is connected to an air inlet 11. The air in the workpieces surrounded with the cover 8 becomes a flow of rectification sucked from a lower surface and passing to the upper part by operation of a concatenating intake fan 12. A heat treatment apparatus enables heating conditions to be given equally by this airflow passing through all parts of the workpieces. A blind lid is installed to a connection flange 19 of the air inlet 11 and a duct circulation port part as means for sealing the interior of the treatment chamber in the black garlic production. Both treatment is made possible by the correspondence of the above.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】センチュウ駆除及び黒ニンニク製造の熱処理を一台で可能とした熱処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】断熱パネルで囲われた加温熱処理室に於いて、台車上に積載した被加工物周囲を空気の侵入を制限するカバー8にて囲い、このカバーの合わせ部をファスナー等にて接合し筒状態とし、カバー8上部の開放口を空気吸い込み口11に接続し、連結する吸気ファン12の運転によりカバー8で囲われた被加工物の中の空気は下面から吸い込まれ上部へ抜ける整流の流れとなる。この空気の流れが被加工物のすべての部位を通過することで加温条件が等しく与えられることを可能とした熱処理装置と、黒ニンニク製造に於ける処理室内を密閉する手段として、空気吸い込み口11及びダクト循環口部の接続フランジ19にメクラ蓋を装着することで対応し、双方の処理を可能とした。【選択図】図1
