PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame-shaped planter shelf which can inhibit plants planted in planters from protruding beyond the frame to enhance enjoyment.SOLUTION: In a frame-shaped planter shelf 1, a sash-shaped frame 6 is made of upper and lower frames 2, 3, which are shaped into bottomed vessels to receive planters 19 accommodating plants therein, and of left and right frames 4, 5, which connect ends of the upper and lower frames 2, 3 and the inside surrounded by the frame 6 is used as a windows part 7 for enjoying plants 22 planted in the planters 19. Gaps 24 are formed between the upper frame 2 and the planters 19 received in the upper frame 2 for communication with the window part 7, and the plants 22 planted in the planters 19 received in the upper frame 2 are guided through the gaps 24 to the windows part 7.
