The present invention relates to a vaccine composition for Differential Infected from Vaccinated Animals (DIVA) for inhibiting Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome (PRRS) virus. By using the composition of the present invention, PRRSV-infected animals and vaccinated animals can be easily distinguished and screened while suppressing PRRSV with excellent efficiency as compared with the conventional PRRSV vaccine.본 발명은 돼지 생식기 및 호흡기 증후군(Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome, PRRS) 바이러스를 억제하기 위한 감염 차별화(Differentiating Infected from Vaccinated Animals； DIVA) 백신 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물을 사용함으로써 종래의 PRRSV 백신에 비하여 우수한 효율로 PRRSV를 억제 하면서도, PRRSV 감염 동물과 예방 접종 동물을 손쉽게 구별, 도태할 수 있다.
