FIELD: machine building; technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for whole blood separation, systems and circuits including the above separation device, as well as to the method of whole blood treatment. Automated system of whole blood separation containing disposable fluid circuit and long-term controller configured for interaction and control the fluid through the fluid circuit, the disposable fluid circuit comprises: whole blood flow path with whole blood inlet connected with the unit of whole blood; cell of the preservative solution flow path in communicated with one of: whole blood flow path and the first by fluid outlet for separated erythrocyte, and having inlet connected with the source of solution of cell preservative agent; separator includes external housing and inner rotor installed in the housing to rotate about the body, the gap is formed between the outer surface of the rotor and housing inner surface, and at least one surface of the outer surface of the rotor and housing inner surface has a membrane filter configured to allow plasma passage through it, at that, in fact, blocking erythrocytes, the outer body has inlet is communicated with paths of whole blood flow and/or solution of cell preservative agent, and also communicates with a gap for direction of whole blood and/or solution of cell preservative agent into the gap, the housing has first outlet communicating with a gap, and housing and/or rotor comprises second outlet communicating with the side of the membrane opposite to said gap; the first outlet is connected with a gap, which is interconnected as to fluid environment with the first by discharge of fluid medium flow, including filter reduction leukocytes, connected to the first storage container for receiving erythrocytes; and the second outlet communicating with the second discharge by fluid medium connected with the second storage container for receiving plasma. Also disclosed is a method for whole blood treatment.
