An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing an alveolar bone regeneration membrane, the method comprising: (A) a step for preparing a base film by melting and molding a synthetic polymer resin； (B) a step for pressing the base film to prepare a first polymer film； and (C) a step for alternately laminating and bonding the first polymer film and a second polymer film containing a natural polymer resin. The method satisfies the conditions below.
