The present invention relates to an antibacterial active composition for Helicobacter pylori bacteria and a method of preparing the same. The antibacterial active composition may have improved sterilization effects by adding at least one of lactic acid and vitamin C in citric acid to obtain a metal ion, using the metal ion as a reducing agent to form a hydroxyl group (radical), and enabling the hydroxyl group to suppress the activation of enzyme distributed in a cell membrane, thereby weakening the function of the cell membrane, interrupting cellular respiration of Helicobacter pylori bacteria, and suppressing the normal growth of the Helicobacter pylori bacteria. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the antibacterial active composition for Helicobacter pylori bacteria which not only maintains a pleasant oral condition by sterilizing Helicobacter pylori bacteria, thereby removing gum inflammation or halitosis, but also maintains individual hygiene and prevents the generation of gastritis or stomach ulcer by preventing Helicobacter pylori bacteria going into one&primes stomach and the method of preparing the antibacterial active composition. Other purpose of the present invention is to provide the antibacterial active composition for Helicobacter pylori bacteria which can sterilize Helicobacter pylori bacteria by weakening cell membrane permeability and suppressing cell respiration, and a method of preparing the antibacterial active composition for Helicobacter pylori bacteria. The antibacterial active toothpaste composition for Helicobacter pylori bacteria includes at least one of citric acid, lactic acid, and vitamin C, as sterilizing components of the toothpaste composition, added to purified water.
