The present invention relates to a composition for treating retinal vascular diseases containing a siRNA targeting mTOR having interspecies cross-activity. The present invention provides an siRNA targeting mTOR having interspecies cross-activity, a recombinant vector containing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same as an active ingredient. The mTOR targeting siRNA is composed of a sequence complementary to a part of the mTOR gene so that the mRNA of the mTOP gene can be decomposed or translation can be inhibited. Therefore, various retinal vascular diseases targeting mTOR, for example, a selected disease from a group consisting of macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinopathy of prematuritv, occlusion of retinal vessels, and ocular ischemic syndrome can be prevented or treated.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018본 발명은 종간 교차활성을 지닌 mTOR를 표적으로 하는 siRNA를 함유하는 망막혈관질환 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 종간 교차활성을 지닌 mTOR를 표적으로 하는 siRNA, 이를 포함하는 재조합 벡터 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 약학 조성물을 제공하며, 상기 mTOR 표적 siRNA는 mTOR 유전자의 일부와 상보적인 서열로 이루어짐으로써, mTOR 유전자의 mRNA를 분해하거나 번역을 억제할 수 있기 때문에 mTOR를 표적하는 다양한 망막혈관질환, 예를 들어, 황반변성, 당뇨병성 망막병증, 미숙아 망막병증, 망막혈관폐쇄 및 안허혈증후군으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 질환을 예방하거나 치료할 수 있다.
